Terms & Conditions

DELIVERY:  Shipments will be coordinated to meet requirements to the best of our ability; however, projects of this type are currently being scheduled (number) weeks upon receipt of purchase order. Delivery will be confirmed upon receipt of purchase order based on workload and may require an update upon material supplier confirmation. Inductors shall be shipped in heavy-duty storage containers with part numbers clearly marked for easy storage and identification.

TERMS:  Prices quoted herein are valid for 90 days. Net 30 Days. FOB: Our Dock. Purchased, completed and ready to ship tooling shall not be held at ITI for any reason other than ITI purposes. Customers shall be invoiced within 45 days of the completion date.

DISCLAIMER:  Induction Tooling, Inc. will design and build tooling based on the information supplied. Charges may apply if the information is not correct and/or the actual parts to be processed differ from the information supplied.

CANCELLATION TERMS:  Induction Tooling, Inc. designs and manufactures custom products to meet individual customer specifications. Due to the nature of this work, an order cancellation shall be invoiced at 40% of the total order. Additional material costs and man hours invested at the time of cancellation may also be charged. Down payments shall not be returned.

STANDARD WARRANTY:  Induction Tooling, Inc. will build and repair tooling with quality and craftsmanship. We feel this quality and craftsmanship is of the finest in the industry. If within 10 days, the tooling does not meet these expectations, we will repair or replace it without charge. Excluded are damages beyond our control. These include but are not limited to: wrecks due to a machine malfunction, lack of sufficient water-cooling, dirt and contaminates in the inductor environment or mishandling.

ENGINEERING DRAWINGS:  The engineering drawings and their details are the proprietary intellectual property of Induction Tooling, Inc. Our drawings are kept contemporaneous as controlled documents at our facility under ISO compliance standards. As a courtesy, the tooling assembly drawings can be supplied in PDF format for reference upon request.
